LATE APPOINTMENTS & RESCHEDULING

RESCHEDULING/CANCELLING

  •  If you need to reschedule your appointment please message me or you can change by yourself from your confirmation email you will receive after booking.

  • if it is within 48hours before your original appointment & you have sent a text, phoned or chatted with me directly. The deposit will be taken and you will have to send a new deposit to book a new appointment.

  • (Exception) symptoms of COVID-19 or major sickness

NO SHOWS

  • For Any NO-SHOW appointments, I'll be charging 100% of price of your appointment type. The payment must be made before you book a new appointment with me. PLEASE let me know if you cannot make it for your appointment.

LATE APPOINTMENTS

  • For late arrivals, the service time will be reduced accordingly, and you will be required to pay the full price.

  • Please let me know if you will be late for your appointment before your scheduled time.

  • I may be able to accommodate a partial or full appointment depends on my schedule that day. This will be at my discretion

  • Advanced notice of late arrival. It will be automatically considered as "No show appointment" for any appointments 15 mins late.

DEPOSITS 

All clients must send a $25 non refundable deposit to secure your appointment before booking in. 
(Deposit goes towards appointment cost)
I will not accept the appointment until I receive payment.
