If you need to reschedule your appointment please message me or you can change by yourself from your confirmation email you will receive after booking.
if it is within 48hours before your original appointment & you have sent a text, phoned or chatted with me directly. The deposit will be taken and you will have to send a new deposit to book a new appointment.
(Exception) symptoms of COVID-19 or major sickness
For Any NO-SHOW appointments, I'll be charging 100% of price of your appointment type. The payment must be made before you book a new appointment with me. PLEASE let me know if you cannot make it for your appointment.
For late arrivals, the service time will be reduced accordingly, and you will be required to pay the full price.
Please let me know if you will be late for your appointment before your scheduled time.
I may be able to accommodate a partial or full appointment depends on my schedule that day. This will be at my discretion
Advanced notice of late arrival. It will be automatically considered as "No show appointment" for any appointments 15 mins late.
